
This Leadership Training package focuses on providing practical direction to create and lead an exercise class (sitting or standing) and a walking program. Proper use of this Exercise Resource will assist Exercise Leaders to create effective exercise programs, providing the maintenance of their clients physical functioning and ability to maintain their activities of daily living.

This two day course will offer you a complete understanding of the relationship between exercise and successful aging. It is offered to those who currently lead or want to lead exercises for Older Adults in a small group class or personally 1:1. All the newest research on a variety of exercise topics will be provided.
Both days must be attended and Online quizzes must be competed within 8 weeks of the course to receive a certificate of completion.

STEPS to Exercise Leadership Certificate Training Course: Foundational class for exercise leaders wishing to create and lead basic safe and consistent exercise programs. A resource manual, DVD, and certificate presented upon completion of assignment are included.
