A message from Sandy Sheffield-Young the owner: STEPS was born many years prior to its creation. Growing up with a grandmother who could stand on her head and high dive till she was 80 and parents who ski, golf and play, I was exposed to the benefits of exercise. These experiences fuelled my passion for personal wellness and education and led to the building of STEPS!
