A class for exercise leaders to enable them to help their participants improve their balance, decrease their risk of falls, increase their walking ability, and have fun. (Pre-requisite is STEPS to Exercise Leadership Certificate Training Course and/or equivalent)
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Date may be subject to change. Minimum of 5 students, maximum of 25 students.
We can also bring our STEPS educational course to your location.
