STEPS Education

Class for exercise leaders to update their exercise instruction. New and current exercise research will be highlighted. (Pre-requisite is STEPS to Exercise Leadership Certificate Training Course)
Two 3-hour sessions are available for your choice:
9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. OR 1:00 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Date may be subject to change. Minimum of 5 students, maximum of 25 students.
We can also bring our STEPS educational course to your location.
