STEPS specializes in a Stress Busting personal fitness program that is right for you!
We realize that there are many different stresses affecting us every day so STEPS has created a program that focuses on reducing your stress through exercise. STEPS wants to make it a well known fact that exercise has a direct link to stress reduction!
Our Trainers at the STEPS Studio provide the STRESS Busters program with options of:
- Professional one-on-one personal training
- Tailored small group personal training
- STRESS Busters Camp
- Tune-ups
The Trainers stay with you every step of the way, demonstrating the exercises, answering your questions, adjusting your work-out, monitoring your progress and motivating you as your needs change and your physical abilities improve.
Exercise increases endorphins, those feel good neurotransmitters that can give you an exercise high and improve mood. We continue to learn together on how exercise reduces stress.
