Strong STEPS

Strong STEPS is an exercise training program that promotes the improvement of your current health and wellness level that is specific to your needs.

We create exercise programs for clients who have various medical conditions or who are pre-operation or post-operation, e.g. recovering from heart surgery, joint replacement surgery or chemotherapy.

We design a specific STRONG STEPS training program to help you achieve your best wellness possible.  We work directly with your specialist, family physician or therapist following disease management protocols while motivating you to achieve your best results.

We want you to exercise at your own pace. Our trainers do not push you to an uncomfortable level.  We believe strongly in modifying each exercise to be right for you!

We are health conscious professionals who have successfully trained participants to cope with and recover from a wide variety of medical procedures and conditions. With permission from either your specialist or family physician, we will modify and guide you accordingly.
