STEPS offers a yearly trip to an exciting destination.

All of our STEPS programs participants are “Welcome Aboard”.  Our clients are of various physical abilities and fitness levels and we make every effort to accommodate.

Your onboard experience can include meeting at a designated time each day to keep fit, have fun and enjoy a meal together.

Ultimately your daily itinerary is up to you!

STEPS Cruise Camp.

STEPS offers a 6 week Cruise Camp Training Program.

Our Trainers instruct the exercises that will get you fit and be prepared for the week of your trip and the specific destination.
