Senior STEPS Personal Training

STEPS has offered safe and effective, professional, personal training for seniors for over 20 years.

Personal training sessions take place at our beautiful, bright STEPS Studio.

Our initial one hour consultation is free.  Please make an appointment with us.

We meet with you for a tour of the STEPS Studio and discuss with you your interests, abilities, needs and the frequency that would be best suit your participation.  We provide fitness assessments, home exercises and on-going guidance.  All our sessions focus on your goals and are enjoyable and fun!

Each personal training session is tailored to your physical needs by a Kinesiologist in conjunction with a STEPS trainer.  We do require a physicians consent.

Our Trainers design a complete personal exercise program using specific senior friendly equipment. We stay with you every step of the way, demonstrating the exercises, answering your questions, adjusting your work-outs, monitoring your progress and motivating you as your needs change and your physical abilities improve.

Participate in STEPS Personal Training in:

  • one to one sessions
  • partners sessions
  • small group session
