Go to Cruise Camp with STEPS before your great Cruise Experience.

HOW TO MAKE IT THE BEST EVER.

Can you carry your carry-on? If it is over ten pounds it will be hard to lift into the overhead bin or up the stairs if you do not have a ramp to the plane.

Arm and upper body strength is important.

Can you walk up ten –twenty steps?

If not, again the ramp will prove difficult as will the gangplank of the ship.

Once you come to the end of the gangplank you may have to transfer into a tender to go ashore….tricky.

You may not always want to wait for an elevator on the ship if you only have one deck to go.

Legs and back will need to be strengthened.

If mobility is an issue and you don’t have an aisle seat on the plane you will need to increase flexibility and mobility.

Once on the ship, especially the newer ships with over 3000 passengers the halls will be long, the distances from one end, forward and aft will prove daunting if you are unable to walk well.

STEPS Trainers can improve your gait!

Enjoy all there is to do, dance, relax, attend shows spend time at the spa, swim and of course eat.

Physically, I feel better and am very comfortable in a class where perfection is secondary to doing the best you can.
Ray Walker
I exercise because its good for my mind, my body and for my general well-being. I also love to walk when its nice but its too difficult in the winter, so my exercise class keeps me moving to the music.
Marie
The Exercise class encourages me to get up in the morning and keep going, the exercises help keep my bones strong and my balance has improved, I enjoy it!
Dorothy
No regrets that I chose to stop being a couch potato and get back into the real world. The Exercise class gives me an entirely different perspective on life!
