STEPS provides Health and Wellness presentations and clinics at the STEPS Studio and at your facility for both staff and clients.

The research on the importance of keeping physically active and eating well is mounting, so choosing the right exercises and nutrition is important for your health and wellness.  STEPS specializes in providing you with a program that is the best for you and your needs.

The Canadian Fitness Lifestyle Research Institute (CFLRI) reports that “2/3 of all Canadians are not sufficiently physically active to sustain good health” and that “inactivity levels are higher in the older age groups.”
